Block Teaching Anatomy for MBBS (Medical) and BDS (Dental) first year

Anatomy is a first year subject in Medical and Dental College. The broad goal of the teaching of undergraduate students in Anatomy aims at providing comprehensive knowledge of the gross and microscopic structure and development of human body to provide a basis for understanding the clinical correlation of organs or structures involved and the anatomical basis for the disease presentations. It takes a lot of time to understand the concepts. 650 -810 hours of teaching is done for the first year students. Gray's Anatomy is the standard book for this subject. There are others like Snell's, Grant's Chaurasia, Vishram Singh etc.

The subject has 200 marks and carries 50% weightage in first year. It has a substantial component in the post graduate entrance exams.

I conduct block teaching for this subject on Sundays. You may contact me at 9899395262 if interested.
